In the Channel Sales Executive Lead role we are looking for individuals with a passion for selling solutions together with our best partners As a Channel Sales Executive community lead you will drive Solution Area sales across the segment through a set of prioritized and specialized partners. You will have a primary focus on understanding where the greatest areas of opportunity exist within your segment, and to then create a plan and execution model with your partners. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead a virtual team of Channel Sales Executives in countries to achieve success Co-Selling with Partners. Build the community, help develop and retain talent, share best practices and provide support and be point of escalations and problem solving for the Area._
- Become part of the area Global Partner Solutions Leadership team and contribute to strategy, execution excellence and people development priorities for the region._
- Accelerating Solution Area Co-Sell with Partners_-Work with Prioritized Partners and aid their engagement with internal Microsoft sellers through Account Planning. Drive co-sell acceleration and impact through deal sharing and support deal momentum and closure
- Solution Area Partnering_-Deliver and agree to a sales plan aligned to Enterprise Sales Plays. Work with your extended teams to drive solution area sales performance. Drive quarterly pipeline generation activities
- Accelerate Partner Co-Sell for Enterprise_-Drive partners’ co-sell engagement with your segment, provide partners with access to programs and resources that help to support sales motions.

**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 11+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 8+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
- OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 6+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**:

- 18+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 11+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
- OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 9+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.
