Anytime Fitness Tampines is seeking a highly motivated individual for a contract based, full-time role as Customer Service and Operations Executive.

**Requirements**:

- GCE N-level and above preferred
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience with consumer products or hospitality environment preferred
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and constantly
- Cheerful, out-going personality and customer service orientated
- Well organized individual with keen attention to details
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Multi task and work well in a fast-paces environment
- Able to communicate in English and a Mother Tongue Language (Preferred Chinese speaker)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure club operations run smoothly together with the entire day-to-day operations of the gym
- Provide great member experience
- Investigate membership issues, including assistance with billing and/or technical matters
- Ensure transaction and payments accuracy
- Ensure filing of documents is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure inventory stock list count and supplies when needed
- Sustain and increase membership retention
- Responsible for the maintenance of gym equipment on a daily basis
- Oversee and maintain of cleanliness and tidiness of the entire facilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,400.00 per month
