- Conduct food safety audits and ensure product consistency
- Work with R&D and Production to ensure smooth execution of new products developed to mass production
- Handle food safety and Halal audits by customers, AVA, MUIS etc Microbial testing knowledge required
- Work with Group QA/QC head to set corporate wide target and focus area
- Develop corporate wide retail product quality monitoring system (e.g. consumer complaint system; market quality monitoring system)
- Support marketing team in customer/consumer quality complaint handling

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or Microbiology.
- 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in Food Industry.
- Experience in cross countries / regional role with interaction to Senior Supply Chain or Business Management.
- Experience in managing food safety and/or quality issues including direct communication to consumer/customer.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation and standards across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
