Job Scopes
- In charge of assist accounts payable and receivable
- Help with the preparation of monthly landed cost reports (Detention, Demurrage, Freight Charges, and Unstuffing Charges).
- Review and establish minimum selling prices for sales products, reporting to the director and business director
- Establish the item's asking price and manage its acquisition and subsequent sale.
- Assist with logistics to ensure stock balance in actual
- Calculate the cost of processing raw materials into the finished goods.
- Determine and advise strategies to lower the landed cost from shipping lines.
- Modify the system's data to ensure managers can forecast selling prices.
- Verify that the supplier's billing matches the sales confirmation.
- Monitoring the order desk to ensure for the correct selling price
- Assist in inventory stock take
- Planning for bid preparation for company
- Dealing with the supplier to confirm payment & Portnet release for the container
- Any other ad hoc tasked assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Minimum relevant diploma qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
- Fluency in Chinese and English languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Working Day:
5.5 working days

8:00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

8.00am to 12.00pm (Saturdays)
