Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (Logistics & Supply Chain Excellence)

Location: 3 Changi North Street
Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri – 8:30AM to 5:30PM

• Sat – 8:30AM to 12:30PM
Salary: $3,300 – $3,800/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the QAD Manager in upholding and improving quality performance across warehouse operations and processes
  • Lead internal audits, reviews, and measurements related to Quality and Process Engineering
  • Collaborate with clients' quality teams to ensure alignment and compliance with quality standards
  • Organize meetings and reviews with stakeholders to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvements
  • Supervise and guide a team of Quality and Process Engineers
  • Support the HOD and Assistant Manager with ROC quality improvement matters
  • Report and recommend improvements to the company's quality management systems
  • Liaise with external bodies on certifications and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9120, SS620, ISO14001, ISO45001)
  • Identify process and system issues and implement corrective actions
  • Manage documentation, audits, inspection protocols, and equipment calibration
  • May be appointed as Management Representative overseeing quality system reviews and reporting
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments
  • Past experience as Assistant Manager or Management Representative is a plus
  • Strong team leadership and communication abilities
  • Hands-on experience with ISO standards and internal auditing (certified in ISO 9001)
  • Skilled in quality tools and data analysis, with a keen eye for continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields
You'll Have Authority To:
  • Select and develop QA inspector staff
  • Enforce quality directives in collaboration with senior management
  • Represent the company in quality audits and management review meetings (if appointed)
