- Conduct testing and analysis of products using specialized equipment and procedures.
- Document and report findings, including any non-conformities or deviations from standards, to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Provide support to production personnel, including troubleshooting quality issues and providing training on quality assurance procedures.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and quality issues, and work with other departments to resolve them. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in a related field such as engineering, or a related science.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use specialized equipment and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
