Merchant Services Platform team is part of Merchant engineering team focuses on delivering services and capabilities for all merchants SMBs, Partners, and Enterprises. You will own the concept, productization, and delivery of the technical solutions improves productivity, drives operational efficiency and scale to support our business growth. You will partner closely with our product team and cross-functional experts responsible for building a great experience for all merchants SMBs, Partners, and Enterprises.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of software architects and engineers
- Help define project scope and own deliveries
- Lead complex architectural discussions that involve multiple systems
- Identify any product/functionality gaps and collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery.
- Drive integration efforts and lead critical work streams of strategic initiatives sponsored by senior executives
- Drive engineering excellency through CI/CD
- Pro-active response in identifying and troubleshooting integration or technical issues.
