We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented individual to join our team as an F&B Service Executive.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Service**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, including pizza offerings, specials, and aperitifs.
- Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

**Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks.
- Ensure that all orders are served according to restaurant standards.
- Manage the table turnover efficiently without compromising service quality.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other staff members to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff as needed.
- Ensure proper communication between front and back-of-house teams.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor the presentation and quality of all food and beverages served.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards, including cleanliness of the restaurant, tables, and service stations.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Help with restocking and organizing supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all items are stored and handled in accordance with food safety standards.

**Upselling and Sales**:

- Promote daily specials, new items, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Use upselling techniques to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, particularly pizza and aperitifs, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
