Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role involves creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and driving online engagement to attract more customers and boost sales. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote restaurant menus, special events, and promotions.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic and reservations.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.

Social Media Management:

- Create and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, reels, and stories) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and staff to create behind-the-scenes content and storytelling.
- Stay updated with food trends and viral content to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Track social media analytics to measure engagement, reach, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media for restaurants, cafes, or F&B brands.
- Excellent content creation skills (photography, videography, and copywriting).
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and customer-driven environment.
- Passion for food, dining, and hospitality trends.
