**Our team and the role we are hiring for**
We are seeking a **Contingent Workforce Manager (TA) **who will be responsible for hiring temp workers and contractors at Doctor Anywhere, with a focus on Medical Services and Operations teams in Singapore and South-East Asia.
With deep appreciation and understanding for technology and healthcare/insurance industry, you find ways to understand our business to effectively recruit contingent workforce for immediate business needs. You are genuinely curious about things, and have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.
Your responsibilities include understanding the contingent workforce landscape, business partnering with stakeholders to consult and execute end-to-end contingent hiring for various teams.You are known to be a team player and collaborate well with others. Most importantly, you want to be part of a small and fun People & Culture Team who are often looking for ways to improve employee experience in a growing start-up
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with People Partners, People Ops and hiring managers in our Medical and Operations teams to deeply understand our organization structure, priorities, opportunities and key business drivers to drive recruiting strategies of our contingent workforce.
- Partner with hiring managers independently to drive a consultative approach for end-to-end contingent recruiting.
- Ensure that contingent workers understand and embrace our DA culture.
- Participate in some fun P&C projects such as Employer Branding, Sourcing, etc, and opportunities to extend recruiting scope outside of contingent workforce.
**Requirements**:
- At least 6 to 8 years' experience in recruiting including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for roles in healthcare & insurance industries, experience recruiting contingent workforce would be a plus.
- Proven track record with closing roles across all levels from entry/junior to senior manager level.
- Experience hiring and agency management for roles in Singapore is a must. Experiences in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
- You have a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style with a positive customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and BambooHR.
- Comfortable with fast paced operations and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
