**Job requirements**:
- Cold calling businesses to qualify leads and book meetings.
- Explaining the benefits of the product/services.
- Providing a tailored customer service to each prospective client.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients by understanding their recruitment needs and offering creative solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients in commercial sectors.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate on sales strategies and campaigns.
**What We Seek**:
- Min diploma in Business, Marketing and Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team-player, who will take a hands-on approach and work collaboratively and enthusiastically within a team.
- Previous sales experience is a bonus but not a necessity
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fresh graduate welcome, training will be provided
