We are looking for a Business Development Executive to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from meeting clients, cold calls, and inbound warm leads.

This role will work closely with the Business Development Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary point of contact for B2B customers, representing all our products and services.
- Plan and execute scent designing workshops for business clients in their appointed places or at our boutiques.
- Analyse market trends to explore potential markets and clients.
- Identify client requirements and suggest them with suitable products/services.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective internal and external communications to drive business growth.
- Participate in sales & marketing activities to promote awareness in the market and develop new business opportunities.
- Update and submit weekly sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Commercial acumen, ideally coming from an FMCG, Beauty and/ or Luxury background.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and power points skills
- Proven experience in handling mostly B2B clients
- At least 2 years or more in a similar commercial role managing different accounts/or brands.
- Knowledge & exposure to the region - SEA, APAC (preferable but not compulsory)
- Positive can-do ‘hands-on’ mentality
- Very independent and sales driven.
- Be persuasive and can drive growth conversations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
