Partnerships Lead (Capital Markets, APAC)

**What you will be doing**
- Develops and maintains strategic global, regional and country alliances and partnerships that will increment Capital Markets strategic revenue, business line and product line opportunities
- Identifies and develops business cases for strategic revenue and product synergy opportunities within Capital Markets Lines of Business to improve overall regional sales and revenue performance
- Works closely with Sales, Account Management and Product Management groups to influence and align regional alliances with business needs and sales goals.
- Defines and disseminates partnership strategy methodology utilized at all levels of the corporation, including business units allowing the effective execution to partner and alliance strategy.
- Manages the full lifecycle of partnership onboarding and maintenance while abiding by company policies and leverages relevant technology and tools
- Develops and communicates necessary reporting within the organisation to demonstrate the efficacy and results of partnership and alliances strategy
- As a visible and respected industry thought leader, represents FIS in industry press, industry analysts, industry associations, at industry conferences, FIS conferences, strategic sales opportunities and senior executive meetings at key accounts and key partners.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
**What you bring**
- At least 8-10 years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining a successful partnership and alliances operation within a Capital Markets financial technology firm
- Demonstrated history of intelligence, professional experience and interpersonal skills to successfully interact and collaborate with peers and the corporation's most senior executives and similarly high placed executives at existing and prospective partner organizations.
- Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization, analyze and conduct due diligence on prospective partners, construct revenue and cost models to help in decision support towards prospective relationships and strategic alliance opportunities.
- Analytical, disciplined, data-oriented decision maker and problem solver with a bias toward decisive action
- Background in strategy, pricing, portfolio management, competitive intelligence and primary research experience, preferably in the financial services technology industry
- Good understanding of FIS products and services, especially Capital Markets technology
- Skill to create and explain complex financial models that support reporting and executive decision-making
- Experience with solution-based selling to Capital Markets customer base
- Experience with both acquisitions and divestitures, preferably in the financial services technology industry
- Ability to analyze market and clients' business needs and determine related requirements
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across FIS and client or partner organizations
- Thorough knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
