The **Marketing & Partnership Lead**will drive brand visibility, user engagement, and strategic collaborations across the region. This role blends marketing expertise with partnership development to amplify the company’s growth and position it as a market leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and events.
- Craft compelling brand messaging and content tailored for target audiences and verticals.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players, tech vendors, agencies, and industry groups.
- Build co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand brand reach and user base.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and deliver value through joint initiatives and enablement.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches or market entries.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and market approach.Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities and customer trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in marketing and/or partnerships, preferably in a tech or digital-first company.
- Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
