**Travel Retail Manager**:
**Our client is a global player in developing and distributing luxury fragrances.**:
**They are looking to hire a dedicated Travel Retail Manager to support the growth of the Travel Retail Asia Pacific business, specifically Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Reporting to the Head of Travel Retail Asia Pacific, this position is based in the Singapore office.**:

- Accountable for sales objectives and profitability while managing expenses.
- Define and implement business plan. Review and initiate improvement actions.
- Product presentations to retailers/agents during meetings and trade events.
- Review purchase orders placed by retailers/agents and communicate with HQ to ensure
- smooth ordering/delivery processes.
- Review promotional mechanics with Team to ensure its performance and effectiveness.
- Review participation in retailers’ store initiatives.
- Attend to retailers’ queries and establish and maintain good relationships with them.
- Store visits and checks on counter to identify areas of improvements or opportunities.
- Propose in-flight listings
- Ensure effective and timely coordination of commercial aspects to facilitate daily operational
- needs.
- Handle regional pricing checks and issues.
- Work on forecasts.
- Monitor & feedback on competitors’ activities and developments.
- Work with Design department on permanent counters production.
- Work with Training Department to ensure training for new product launches is arranged.
- Motivate sales team to drive brands’ sales.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, self-driven individual.
- An eye for details with good commercial acumen and strong organisational skills.
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command in English is mandatory.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Traveling is required, approximately 15%
