Now Lotte Duty Free Shop has built matchless brand power as the GLOBAL LOTTE DUTY FREE SHOP and we currently operate in various countries including Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Guam and we had just landed in Singapore in 2020. Lotte Travel Retail is now in Singapore Changi Airport operating 19 stores across 4 terminals.
DESIGNATION : [Lotte Travel Retail] IT Support Executive / IT Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
**IT Support Executive**
- To provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and support to corporate and store users.
- To install, administer and configure systems (desktop, laptop, mobile devices and etc.)
- To liaise, manage and work with external vendors for maintenances and services.
- To assist on training and on-boarding / off-boarding of staff.
- To ensure the firmware (e.g. laptop, desktop and etc.) is up to date.
- To maintain and manage IT assets.
- To develop, establish and maintain SOP and documentation for any IT related tasks.
- To compile and prepare related departmental reports for HQ IT team in Korean language
- Be the point of contact between Singapore IT team and HQ IT team to ensure projects and assignments are communicated and executed effectively
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**IT Manager**
- To provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and support to corporate and store users.

QUALIFICATIONS
**IT Support Executive**
- Strong in business level Korean & English language to effectively translate / communicate / draft / prepare / present IT related reports to HQ IT Team in S Korea.
- Diploma or bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail environment.
- Possess good knowledge of D365 - Finance and Operation.
- Possess basic networking knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN and switches.
- High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, problem solving skill and interpersonal skill.
**IT Manager**
- 8-10 years proven track records in IT project management experience from Retail / Travel Retail multi-stores environment
- Agile related certifications in IT and project management qualifications
- Familiar with MNC working structures and culture
- Knowledge of Korean language to manage extensive translation requirements with HQ in South Korean
- Possess strong analytical skills and self-motivated
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
