- Conduct and facilitate workshops and meetings, including motivating and guiding the team through activities
- Ensure proper documentation of workshops, meetings and collaboratives
- Follow up and liaise with the project teams to monitor implementation of their projects, data collection and analysis
- Support and assist with sector-wide events and platforms to build and sustain the quality improvement culture in the secto
- Assist in planning the program for the 6-monthly DON (Director Of Nursing) network sessions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the Clinical Quality team’s representative and provide inputs at divisional level

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience
- Working experience in a healthcare setting or relevant experience in project management and quality improvement would be an advantage
- Meticulous and analytical with project management and time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
