Singapore SINGAPORE HOSPICE COUNCIL Full time

The Executive supports the Steering Committee in reviewing and implementing the deliverables for the next phase of the National Palliative Care Quality Improvement (NatPallQI) Programme.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Clinical Services**
- Support the Steering Committee in facilitating sustainable efforts to achieve SHC’s vision of quality palliative care for everyone
- Co-ordinate, recommend and review service standards and benchmarking to improve quality of palliative care services amongst its Member Organisations

**CGS or CaRES**
- Support the Steering Committee in strengthening CGS or CaRES and include more providers to obtain feedback from caregivers to guide efforts
- Initiate quality improvement initiatives based on gaps identified in CGS or CaRES, e.g. psychosocial support
- Analyse data and prepare report

**Pediatric Care**
- Assist to develop pediatric palliative care guidelines, obtaining inputs and generating consensus from providers across the sector

**Generalist Care**
- Support the Steering Committee to develop a generalist-led model of care among its Member Organisations
- Assist to review and enhance guidelines for generalist palliative care
- Carry out comprehensive evaluation of controlled drugs protocols in generalist settings Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Executive Director from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A degree holder with prior clinical research, analysis and data collection experience
- Clear purpose in wanting to serve the hospice and palliative care community
- Resourceful and able to work with internal and external stakeholders to bring about a sense of community towards achieving common goals.
- Proficient in Excel (VLookup, Pivots, etc)
- Proficient in Tableau (dashboards and storyboards, tableau prep)
- Familiarity with Python, R or similar programming language is a plus point.
