Job Description

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting clinical quality and safety initiatives. This involves collaborating with departments to design quality models, audits, and risk management strategies. You will also provide secretariat support to Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees, identify areas for improvement, and streamline work processes.

Additionally, you will manage clinical incidents and serious reportable events, conduct and facilitate root cause analyses, and work cross-functionally to promote continuous quality improvement. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and presenting quality and safety data to support decision-making, drafting meeting minutes and administrative documents, and maintaining and updating the department's website and communication materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare quality, safety, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety principles
  • Skilled in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare data systems is a plus
