Quality Assurance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to assume a leadership role in our quality assurance department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality improvement methodologies, project management, and strong communication skills.

  • Coordinate and implement quality models, standards, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategies for process improvements and risk management activities to minimize adverse events.
  • Provide support to Quality Assurance committees, promoting continuous improvement across the institution.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and patients to design and implement quality and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
