- Other- Work with a cross-functional team to facilitate and manage clinical/quality improvement projects/initiatives
- Facilitate and manage quality improvement projects, initiatives and workshops aimed at organizational improvement for community care providers e.g. Clinical Quality Improvement Collaborative.
- Drive and deliver the assigned projects, within schedule and with endorsement from community care providers
- Act as a resource person to provide guidance and link up with appropriate Subject Matter Experts as applicable.
- Conduct and facilitate the workshops, ensure proper documentation of workshops, meetings and collaborative which includes but are not limited to A3 report for the project, feedback, observations and After Action Reviews.
- Conduct ground sensing via observations, focus groups or interviews from customers’ lenses, and scope out projects with project sponsors
- Co-develop innovative solutions with the Sector, using basic design thinking principles where relevant
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on inter-organization/inter-division projects to align the shared goals
- Support and assist with sector-wide events and platforms to build and sustain the quality improvement culture in the sector

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 4 to 6 years of working experience in a managerial capacity, preferably with experience in business process re-engineering using a structured methodology
- Ability to effectively engage various partners and broker partnerships to achieve quality goals and outcomes
- Good project management skills, meticulous, resourceful with the ability to prioritise projects
- Possess good analytical, writing and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work in a team based environment
- Possess the ability to work independently, resourceful, self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
