**Talent Lead (Crop Science SEAP, Veg Seeds and Digital/IT APAC)**
The Talent Lead (Crop Science SEAP, Veg Seeds and Digital/IT APAC) will leverage the HR Ecosystem and acts as q trusted advisor, challenger and sparring partner to the respective Leadership Teams (LT) enabling todays and future business success by translating the business strategy into the required HR strategies. The Main focus of the Talent Lead is on Strategic Workforce Management, Integrated Talent Management, Culture, Organizational Effectiveness & Efficiency, Change Management and Inclusion & Diversity.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead the People Strategy for the SEAP cluster and regional functions (VS CO APAC & Digital/IT CS APAC), impacting Talent, Culture and Organizational Effectiveness as a business imperative.
- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning for the dedicated are of responsibilities.
- Partner closely with dedicated Leadership Team(s), advise, coach and hold leaders accountable for talent, leadership, performance, culture, org-design and transformation initiatives
- Drive High Touch Integrated Talent Management with and I&D lens for the dedicated organization and be a strong advocate for I&D
- Orchestrate the design, delivery and agile implementation of organizational effectiveness/ efficiency and change management programs
- Assume a holistic, overarching responsibility for all HR topics in the dedicated areas ;bring outside-in perspective through market orientation, connectivity to industry peers and key talents
- Cooperate closely with employee representatives, if applicable
- The focus area includes the following:
- Talent & Culture Strategy - Building a robust ,sustainable, diverse and inclusive Talent Pipeline and high performing Culture for CS SEAP cluster, Veg Seeds CO APAC and Digital/IT CS APAC. Actively foster talent cross-fertilization across functions, divisions & functional communities.
- Strategic Workforce Planning - Ensure future-ready contingency plans for the business strategy, by proactively anticipating market developments to secure the right talent, skills and capabilities at any given time in the face of disruption of technology and ever-changing markets.
- Leadership - Coach leaders (from the defined area of responsibilities) to be advocates for driving inclusive culture and diverse workforce to enable best business decision outcomes and to ensure that the leaders thrive, grow and showcase LIFE behaviors and value you as their coach, advisor and sparring partner.
- Organizational efficiency/effectiveness & Change Management - Orchestrate the design, delivery and agile implementation of organizational effectiveness/ efficiency and change management programs. Makes sure that employees are empowered to make decision as per their area of responsibilities and as per the evolving needs of the business effective and outcome focused programs.
- Inclusion and Diversity - To drive inclusive culture and diverse workforce to enable best business decision outcomes
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- University Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Speaks the language of the business with broad and deep understanding of customer value and industry/business drivers and trends, including challenges and opportunities.
- Strong and proven knowledge of core HR areas in line with role focus. Continuously learning also from external sources and benchmarks
- Strong leadership skills - Courage to challenge and ability to influence, drive change, and impact across matrix organization.
- Strategic thinking - Understand the dynamics/value drivers of the business and how to translate these into current and future talent needs.
- Ownership - Show end-to-end accountability for the talent agenda of area of responsibility with a strong data and outcome-driven orientation
- Decision-making - Drive strategic talent decisions based on defined targets.
- Communication/coaching - Ability to act as sparring partner/coach/trusted advisor towards senior leaders.
- Collaborate & Connect - Strong collaborator who understands how to connect and navigate in complex environments and effectively leverage the entire HR EcoSystem to deliver on the HR strategy
- Manage complexity - Making sense of complex and high quantity information to effectively solve problems; able to act lean and fast in a pragmatic manner.
- Go Digital - Uses Data (including Analytics and story telling) and Technology to drive organizational and talent decision making to improve performance.
