**Roles & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Operations Executive of Taihe Electronics Trading are to responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all customer. Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business. At the end of the working day, it is necessary to receive and check the merchandise inventory and analyse the business report send to the General Manager throughout the day. The Retail Operations Executive is responsible for liaising with external and internal stakeholders to manage orders and exceptions/disruptions arising from operational service lapse. Ability to perform all job functions of a sales associate, cashier, and team leader. The Operations Executive will oversee the daily operations of the stores. Under guidance and supervision of Assistant Manager, to perform a variety of regular tasks to facilitate a well-organized office and specialized computer tasks to increase efficiency and productivity of the Parts and Sales Engineering (SE) sections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate retail demand patterns & promotion to optimize ordering process & inventory management.
- Maintain close liaison with sales staff and other Departments, customers and suppliers on all related matters.
- Prepare all related documents including Quotations, Sales and Purchase Agreements, Sales Orders, Internal Works Orders, Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices, Pro-forma lnvoices, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
- Update Stock Lists, Reservation Lists and Stock books.
- Maintain a good filing system within the Engineering Department for the easy retrieval of information and documents at all times.
- Perform SNS parts withdrawal for Sales Engineering project by referring to the engineering drawings.
- Prepare costing sheet and contract review documentation under the guidance of HOD for sales engineering related projects.
- Follow up with relevant department(s) to ensure sales engineering project revenue has been parked/charged under correct sales code.
- Be the first contact point with suppliers and customers for issues related to sales engineering related projects
- Collaborate with buyer for issuing RFQ/PO to suppliers after securing sales engineering project orders.
- Follow up with suppliers for the purchased parts delivery status from time to time
- Ensure sufficient stock required by sales engineering department is maintained in DenyoSingapore (such as different model of ComAp controllers and accessories needed for Smartseries, motorized breaker motor operator, etc)
- Acquire basic technical knowledge covering machine operation and Smart series projects from HOD for sales engineering.
- Comply with the policies, procedures and ISO standards of the Company at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management/Economics or in relevant fields.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak Chinese & English fluently to liaise with Chinese Manager or mandarin-speaking customer and supplier.
- Require to work retail hours sometimes.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit.
- Able to handle multi-tasking, cope with a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, Excel and Word
- Possess a good working attitude and able to work independently
- Must be detail oriented, customer service oriented and highly organized.
- Able to start immediately
