
Sales Support Executive

Position Summary
- Check channel support claims made to the company to ensure funding provided are for its intended purpose.
- Ensuring sales program approvals are in place for good corporate governance.
- Maintaining clean financial liability by ensuring claims from customers are duly processed and completed.
Role and Responsibilities
- Check and verify channel support program claim documents according to program mechanics.
- Process claims via shared service after verifying the claim submission documents.
- Liaise with customers & Sales Team for all documents related to channel support program claims.
- Computation of customer rebate eligibility in accordance with the contractual terms for verification and payment processing.
- Assist in internal or external audit preparation and verification work.
- Monitor open program conditions to follow up with sales team and customers to ensure claims are processed.
- Perform month end closing and reconciliation of expense against forecasts.
- Constantly reviews claim system master setup to introduce new claims combinations to support the business.
- Management of product pricing and margin structure.
- Identify indicators of potential non-compliant claims
- Constantly develop and manage internal controls to reduce non-compliant claims
- Perform testing with high level of involvement in projects & systems implementation
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess Diploma in Business Administration/Accountancy.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Strong mathematical acumen and analytical skills
- Motivated, meticulous and highly independent.
- Excel VBA macros is a plus.
- Possess high level of initiative to engage other departments
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
