Established since 1960s, Danovel is a manufacturer and retailer of high-quality custom sofas, bedframes headboards and soft furnishings such as draperies, cushions, throws. It’s products are customized and handcrafted to meet customer’s preferences, ensuring exclusivity and a high level of fit and finish.

The company also represents a wide range of imported quality fabrics such as Andrew Martin, Swaffer UK, Simta Italy, Futura Leathers, Osborne & Little, Robert Allen, Fabricut USA and special Silicone Leathers. Each with its individual characteristic to cater to the residential and commercial clients. These fabrics are used in luxury homes, hotel projects and prestigous commercial projects.

5-axis CNC machinery and laser cutting machines are what the company also use to complement their furniture crafting capabilities. Danovel is the first and only upholstery company who uses these advanced technologies in Singapore for their sofa production.

This year is the company’s 61st anniversary and the company will be expanding rapidly while rooting deep in its heritage beginnings. The two retail outlets and a factory in Singapore provides a stable infrastructure for growth. Danovel is looking for self driven individuals to work with them in this exciting new year to establish a career in this fast moving company.

Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
- Plans and reach out to Interior Designers for design project specification
- Promote new seasonal collections through face-to-face presentation
- Provide solution on customer enquiries and follow up sales activities
- Raising brand awareness through corporate marketing channels
- Brainstorming and developing marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition
- Support marketing activities including events, exhibitions, promotional campaign, etc.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Flexible for other duties as needed to help support the overall business.
- Collaborate in partnership with Design & Sourcing to make appropriate recommendations and effectively with vendors & mills regarding fabric qualities/base cloths.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in relevant discipline
- Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business.
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.
- Passionate about a professional career in home furnishing industry
- Excellent presentation skill and strong organizational ability
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
