Organization Development and Culture Building
- Work in close partnership with senior leaders to drive high performance culture which puts values at the center to drive great business outcomes
- Design and deliver an internal HR communications & engagement strategy to support organization’s culture and transformational change
- Conduct organizational diagnosis to assess and analyze the current state and identify opportunities for organization development and/or change interventions
- Propose, plan and execute organization development and/or change interventions to drive and facilitate organization development and/or change
- Monitor the progress and evaluate the effectiveness of organization development and or change interventions
Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Manage the talent review process to identify, develop and retain key talent to meet the current and future organization needs
- Facilitate talent review sessions to identify talent with key stakeholders based on organization’s ideal talent profile using recommended assessment tools.
- Recommend and deploy assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials as talents of the organization
- Gather and analyze talent related data to derive insights on the effectiveness of talent management programmes, incorporating feedback from individuals in the programme and stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Implement succession plans by working with senior leaders to identify and groom individuals to take over mission-critical roles and pivotal positions within the organization
- Maintain an accurate record and reporting of succession plans and potential successors
- Integrate succession plans into talent management programmes to ensure they are holistic and coherent
Learning & Development
- Conduct learning needs analysis to assess their current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the organization’s strategy and future plans
- Develop and deliver customized learning and development strategies, Leadership pathways, and curricula to improve overall workforce capabilities for current and future roles, and to promote continuous learning
- Recommend and implement innovative and creative learning and development channels and technology to engage learners and increase the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
- Design career pathways and planning toolkits to help workforce understand their career development options in the organization
- Equip leaders and people line managers with the aptitude, skills and tools to attract, engage, mentor, train, develop and coach high performing teams
- Analyze learning effectiveness evaluation data to derive insights on the effectiveness and return on investment of learning and development programmes and recommend improvement actions to improve workforce capabilities
Analytics and Insights
- Keep abreast of local and global HR trends and developments to provide further benchmarking insights on data analysis outcomes
- Derive relevant insights from analysis and recommend enhancements to the organization’s HR practices taking into consideration the business context and operating environment
**What you need to be successful**
- Recognized degree
- More than 10 years in L&OD and experience within a fast paced and results-oriented organization is preferred
- Worked in learning and leadership development and organizations that have implemented culture transformation programme
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms.
- Passion and curiosity of what motivates, engages, and retains employees, and will use this to shape organizational development programme
- Able to conceptualize and advise at the organization wide level on the interventions, programs required in driving the transformation efforts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at the employee and senior leadership levels
- Demonstrated ability to think independently and proactively implement effective and innovative solutions to promote new ideas and foster creative thinking
- Resourceful, constantly keeps updated with market development and holds extensive network with external providers and partners
- Professionalism with partnership mindset - not only tasker ticker, but think, plan and execute at micro-level
- Keep abreast with technology, strong attention to detail and strong drive to use data to answer business questions and has the spirit to experiment and innovate
