**Description**

Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:

- Design and implement effective learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development across the Region.

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead talent acquisition strategies with a strong focus on campus recruitment, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
- Create and manage internship and graduate programs to attract emerging talent.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions and participate in career fairs and campus events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Talent Mobility & Succession Planning:

- Create and manage talent mobility programs to ensure effective internal movement of talent across roles and locations.
- Identify high-potential associates and develop succession plans for critical positions within the organization.
- Work closely with leadership to align talent development strategies with business objectives.

Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluation and feedback processes.
- Foster a culture of recognition and continuous feedback to enhance associate performance.

Culture & Engagement:

- Drive initiatives that enhance organizational culture and associate engagement across the region.
- Lead Mars associate surveys and analyse results to inform action plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Workforce Planning:

- Analyse workforce data to forecast talent needs and identify skills gaps.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align workforce planning with strategic objectives.
- Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent in alignment with workforce planning goals.

Organization Design:

- Support organization design initiatives to ensure optimal structure and alignment with business goals.
- Work with leadership to assess current organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate change management efforts related to organization design and talent strategies.
