We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client's organisation as the Associate Director of Compensation. This is an overseas based key leadership role, where you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing its compensation programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design and Develop Compensation Strategies**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation programs.
- Analyse industry trends, best practices and legal regulations to recommend innovative compensation solutions.

**Manage Compensation Programs**:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs,including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and equity plans.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance compensation programs to attract, motivate and retain top talent.

**Compensation Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate compensation-related insights to senior leadership.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements based on data analysis and market trends.

**Compliance and Governance**:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant local regulations related to compensation practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any compensation-related issues and mitigate risks.

**Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compensation matters.
- Communicate compensation programs, policies, and guidelines effectively to employees, managers and executives.
- Address compensation-related inquiries, concerns and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
