Our client is a fast moving consumer goods manufacturer with global presence in more than 50 countries. They are seeking a **Compensation and Benefits Director **for one of their growing business units based here in Singapore.

This is a **people manager **role. Tasked to drive continuous improvement in **regional and local Compensation and Benefits structures **, the incumbent shall be accountable for building talent and HR policies aligned with all business managers within the division. This may include reviewing **job scopes, benefits and pension reviews, retention schemes and budget reviews **. Your team will be a **recognised partner to local HR personnel **, and assist in **analysing benefits data, monitoring trends for talent attraction and retention purposes **.

Minimum Bachelors degree in psychology, human resources or related.

With at least **15 years Regional exposure in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards **within an Multinational environment. The incumbent should have exposure designing policies from **both manufacturing and commercial offices **. **FMCG or Consumer Goods sector **experience would be a plus
