Roles & Responsibilities
AAM Advisory (AAM) is an award winning Financial Advisory firm in Singapore with over 4,550 clients and
more than SGD 1 billion of assets under advisement (AUA). Located in the heart of the Central Business
District at Capitagreen, AAM has a team of experienced Financial Adviser Representatives (FARs), all of
whom are authorised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
AAM Advisory is owned by the Utmost Group and is part of the Utmost International business. Utmost
International is a leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions operating in the UK, Europe, Latin
America, Asia and the Middle East. Utmost International has c. £54bn of assets under administration and
220,000 customers (on a pro-forma basis as at H1 2021).
**Main purpose of role**
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
**Key Responsibilities and Scope of role**

- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Greet persons entering organisation
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organise conference and meeting room bookings
- Co-ordinate meetings and organise catering
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control office inventory
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Health and Safety (Fire Warden) activities as allocated by HR
- Any other ad hoc duties as designated by the Head of Client Servicing and Business Management
