Senior Daycare Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Daycare Receptionist to assume key responsibilities within our organization. This position requires exceptional administrative and communication skills, with the ability to handle admissions, payments, and client relations efficiently.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily operations, including:
- Conducting admissions, explaining charges and services to clients and their Next of Kin.
- Processing admission applications, including MOU signing, system admission, and setting up client files.
- Carrying out reception duties, such as answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, and daily registration of clients.
- Collecting payments, maintaining accurate records, and filing documents.
- Processing petty cash and updating client profiles regularly.
- Assisting with stock replenishment, transport schedule management, and staff rostering.
- Providing feedback on issues related to catering and cleaning.
- Updating families on events and changes.
- Portering clients between transport and centre.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- A minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Patient Service Associate in a hospital or healthcare setting.
