Umami Bioworks is looking to hire an inquisitive, innovative, and independent **Sales Manager** to join our **Commercial team** in** Singapore full-time.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Own and execute the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and develop new customer segments and partnerships across the region
- Manage and grow a pipeline of leads, with a bias toward action and closing
- Collaborate with product teams to refine positioning and offerings
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in consumer products or B2B
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across diverse cultures and markets in Southeast Asia
- Willing to travel frequently across the region
