**Department Overview**: Channel Business
**We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Sales Manager to join our APAC team supporting growth within our Emerging countries, including Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. As our Channel Sales Manager you will support and ensure the success and continued expansion of our channel partner networks ensuring growth and profitability.**:
**Your role will include, but not limited to the following**:
- **Bring further growth for our channel sales and business development in the areas of Emerging Countries within APAC**:
- ** Leading the internal cross-functional team to plan the market’s GTM strategy, including Route-to-Market planning, product positioning, resource allocation, and market development.**:
- ** Grow the two-way radio business with effective channel programs and system integration project sales**:
- ** Proactively develop and expand pipelines through direct customer or partner engagement.**:
- **Develop expansion business through existing and new partnerships**:
***Basic Requirements**:
- ** Must equip solid experiences of sell-in, sell through channel sales management, channel program operations, and partner business planning.**:
- ** Being able to engage end customers, address customer problems with solution sales**:
- ** Ideally a minimum 5 Years** channel sales experience** in ICT, SI, or Telecommunication field.**:
- ** Experience in in CCTV/Video analytics would be an advantage**:
- ** Being able to manage accurate sales forecast, mitigate risks, create opportunities on quarterly basis**:
- ** Proficiency in verbal and written English**:
- ** Willing to travel to set emerging markets**:
