
Sales Project Representative

Work and liaise with new customers and service existing customers.
- Review on customer contracts and project requirements.
- Provide clear instructions on order requirements to other departments, in order to enable smooth order fulfilment.
- Negotiate and solve problems after orders are closed e.g., due to delays, quality issues, change in requirements, payment disputes, etc.
- Document and acknowledge customer instructions for order variations and deviations.
- Monitor orders to control costs, update customers on order status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Expedite and escalate orders to internal and external stakeholders as necessary, to minimize any delay to customers.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years sales experience, preferably in bolting, piping, structural steel or similar industry.
- Diploma or higher Education in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table etc.)
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, in order to communicate with local and foreign staff.
**Personal Qualities**:
- Matured and independent.
- Positive working attitude and self-motivated team player.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, matured, independent and pro-active.
