**Job Duties**:

- Identify potential clients with the aim to establish cordial and business relations
- Support market intelligence by collating information on prospects, market situation and trends
- Prepare sales proposals and reports for submission to the Management
- Work closely with Customer Service to maintain client database record
- Support Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback
- Maintain a collaborative and effective working relationship with customers, internal partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate and monitor project requirements, milestones, deliverables and training programs
- Participate in contractor meetings when required
- Facilitate investigation meetings, collate findings, prevention and implementation of corrective actions

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably with project/ site management experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Possess good communication & negotiation skills
- Willing to travel to different sites (transport allowance will be provided)
