
Senior/Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the precast concrete sector.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and ensure professional development.
- Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure client requirements and delivery timelines are met.
- Oversee bid preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Track project pipelines, sales forecasts, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of sales experience in the construction, precast concrete, or building materials industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong network within the construction and infrastructure ecosystem (contractors, consultants, public works, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of precast concrete systems, products, and applications.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and large customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, client meetings, and regional offices.
