**Direct Search Global is working with an international marine and offshore supplier to fill the role of Senior Sales Manager to be based in their Singapore office.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Form sales plans for designated region, including sales targets and key accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in marine offshore industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Attend business events and travel to different countries on behalf of Sales VP.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience preferably in marine offshore industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing market share.
- Market knowledge of rigging systems and PPE will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self motivated with a strong drive for success.
