JOB RESPONSIBILITES

· Establish and implement short and long range corporate goals, objective, policies and operating procedures.

· Develop and implements sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

· Develop and manages sales & marketing operating budgets and controls expenditure to conform to budgetary requirements.

· Assist the sales and marketing activities of INSTAD (E3 Panel Duct) PFPI and MEP ducting systems.

· Ensure effective control of sales performance and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

· Manage new and existing client deals, respond to enquiries and submit a quotation in a timely manner to achieve sales target of company products- R.Glazen air diffusion equipment, Ingeborg (calcium silicate board) and flexible ducting.

· Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and forecast report inclusive of on-going, negotiating and tender projects.

· Conduct and evaluates market research including market trends and business opportunities and adjust sales & marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

· Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

· Hold regular management meeting and logs the minutes.

· Conduct product research and development and promotes new products for both local & overseas potential market.

· Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

· Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.

· Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.

· Plan and maintain regular contact with all current and prospective clients and liaisons with Architects, Consultants and Clients on their requirements & problems and offer solutions.

· Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate a sale project until successful closure, finalizing account and collection of all payments.

· Support sales and marketing by attending local/overseas trade shows, products presentation, conferences and other marketing events.

· Implement and manage policies and procedures to enhance sales operation.

· Responsible for performance evaluations of sales staff and oversees their daily actives. Motivate and encourage employee.

· Creates opportunities where employees can satisfy personal goals while at the same time meet corporate goals.

· To in-charge and maintain the Risk Management for Sales Operations.

· To act as Representative and maintain Company ISO system, liaise with the ISO auditors.

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Director from time to time.
