**Job Purpose**:
Handle full spectrum of documentation and execution activities for Cotton Division.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage full shipping documentations of containerized shipments under LC and Collections terms.
Execute all contractual obligations timely, anticipate potential shipment problems.
Liaise closely with internal (Treasury/Accounts/Commercial/Intercos) and external (buyers/agents/suppliers/carriers/controllers/banks) parties.
Work expeditiously to cash sales documents timely and avoid demurrage, manage exposures, reduce financing and bank charges.
Ensure all AP/AR are processed timely in trade system for every month-end closing.
Follow-up on buyers' payments for company’s healthy cash-flow.
**Education, Experience and Skills**:
Min. bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years working in commodity trading operations handling shipping documentations.
Experience in LC documentations a must.
Experience in dry containerized cargo is an advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to read Chinese.
Meticulous and proactive.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Able to work independently yet contribute as a team.
