**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Development for our Contract Logistics business, the Regional Customer Excellence Director champions customer centricity in our approach to customer acquisition and development.
The Director, Regional Customer Excellence will:
- Lead strategic customer engagements with top decision makers, grow overall customer portfolio and drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Pro-active identification, qualification, assessment, pursuit and win new strategic customer opportunities.
- Leverage customers and market intelligence to build internal capabilities and influence capex investment spending.
- Develop strategic account strategy and initiatives to drive greater value, focusing on increased share of wallet, revenue, and profitability.
- Champion growth and innovation, challenge the way in which things are done and drive major change and transformation in the most important and challenging areas or markets.
- Lead business development initiatives with in-country sales teams and solution development that best address customer needs, while co-ordinating the involvement of all necessary Toll stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact and service liaison between a key strategic customer and Toll.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5-10 years of proven work experience in a strategic account management or business development
- Experience in managing accounts across global boundaries and multi countries
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong senior business contacts across the relevant industry
- Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience of the Vietnam market would be advantageous.
