**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Product Management**
- Work with Management to establish business objectives and strategy for Earned Wage Access(EWA).
- Develop and lead products initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Manage existing product guidelines to achieve sustainable portfolio growth while optimising risk-rewards.
**Digital Transformation**
- Drive digitalization initiatives and adopt best market practices.
- Build, maintain and expand business networks and acquisition channels to create Top of Mind awareness.
**Business Development**
- Partner Sales to engage customer prospects for earned wage access opportunities.
- Develop product materials and marketing initiatives to drive business acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement end2end EWA programs (from onboarding to facility fulfilment) and ensure operating efficiency.
- Engage external intermediaries and other stakeholders (incl channel partners, associations, government agencies) to drive business and referral opportunities.
- Conduct market intelligence research, perform data analysis and lead acquisition management.
**Empowering**
- Conduct product training and refreshers for both internal and external stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree or Diploma with at least 3-5 years of relevant marketing, project management and/or commercial lending experience.
- Must have prior experience in developing, marketing and or leading product initiatives in the banking and finance sector
- Prior experience in EWA is a big plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and a plus with BI tools/Analytical software.
- Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, possesses good problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, positive attitude and team player.
