
Membership and Venue Space Sales Representative

**Membership Sales**:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to our organization.
- Conduct outreach and networking activities to generate leads and convert them into memberships.
- Provide information about membership benefits, pricing, and terms to potential members.
**Venue Space Sales**:
- Market and promote our venue spaces for various events such as conferences, meetings, weddings, and parties.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding venue availability, pricing, and services offered.
- Conduct site tours to showcase the venue's facilities and amenities.
- Negotiate rental agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, including leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven minimum experience (2-3 years) in sales, preferably in the membership or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and client meetings.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
**Salary**: Basic $2800 - $3200 + Commission & Incentive
**Job Type**: Full - timer, 5 Days work week, PH OFF
