Roles & Responsibilities

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be the face of TRUE Group, representing our brand and services to prospective members. Your primary responsibility will be to drive membership growth by building strong relationships with potential members, understanding their needs, and offering memberships that align with their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to all times
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up appointments with potential members and recommend a suitable service
  • Conduct club tours and recommend a suitable membership
  • Maintain professional relationships with existing members
  • Provide information on classes and availability
  • Process membership administration and cancellation of membership

Requirement

  • Keen on pursuing a career in a fast paced and intense sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
  • Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity
  • Basic computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week
