Join Our Team as a Membership Consultant – $2,200 + Uncapped Incentives ‍

Location: Multiple locations available (Hiring Islandwide)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday/Sunday

Salary: $2,200 + Uncapped Incentives (Sell Membership Packages)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote gym memberships and sell packages to potential members.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective members to convert leads into sign-ups.
  • Actively engage with both new and existing members , building strong relationships.
  • Meet sales targets and actively contribute to the gym's growth.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Passion for fitness and sports
  • Sales-driven : Must be passionate and willing to work in sales.
  • Prior experience in Sales/Retail/Customer Service is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Important Information:

  • Start work on the first Monday of every month .
  • 5.5-day work week : 5 days on, alternating between working Saturdays and Sundays.
