- Crew Management, to assist and attend to queries in terms of recruitment, payroll, disciplinary, grievances, promotions, terminations and redundancies.
- Upload certificates and other crew-related documentation (STCW and other)
- Continuous certificate compliance checks of the crew on board the vessels
- Issuance of Seafarer’s Employment Agreement
- Training Bookings
- Preparation of monthly manning reports; analysing trends in nationality, personnel movements, turnover, age profile and other reports as required.
- Ad hoc administrative assignments

What you will need:

- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and energetic in dealing and handling all matters.
- High sense of commitment and dedication to the role and willing to take the extra miles to make things work
- Team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to date database.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
