Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all required documentation, including passports, visas, medical certificates, and licenses, are complete and up-to-date for recruited personnel.
- Managing compliance with international maritime regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to crewing and recruitment processes.
- To plan, coordinate and execute deployment and personnel change for Company's vessels, repatriation, welfare and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records, documentations, certification, training records
- Work closely with hiring personnel on all recruitment needs
- Conduct Interviews
- Onboarding & Offboarding processes
- Handles all MOM related matters
- Perform Full Payroll Cycle
- Leave Management
- Expense Claim Management
- CPF Submission
- Tax filings
- Statutory Filings: CCL, ECCL, NS, ML
- Create, Maintain, Update HRIS system, Face Scan System
- Perform all insurance related matters
- Support all HR Administration
- Ad hoc reporting and work as assigned by the HOD

Job Requirements:

- Min. Diploma in Maritime Studies/HR/Businsess or any other related area and/or Certificate of Competency (COC)
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to details
- Knowledge in Globe3 will be an added advantage

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
