What You Will Do:

- **Engage with Potential Customers**:Build relationships and communicate the value of our programmes to prospective students and clients.
- **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**:Ensure our customers have a seamless and enriching learning journey.
- **Drive Sales Activities**:Conduct effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- **Educational Consultation**:Offer expert advice and consultation to help individuals choose the right programmes.

Who we are looking for:

- **Communication**:A great communicator with high level of interpersonal skills
- **Growth mindset**:Willingness to learn and relearn.
- Customer service experience: “We go beyond ” to make our students feel seen and heard.
- **Experience**:Sales prospecting, appointment setting, cold calling, attending events to network, consultation and presentation

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree
- **Nice to have**:Knowledge of psychology is a plus
