Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
This position is seated in the Consumer business unit and reports to the Director of Product Management and Platform Services.

The product of focus is in the area of financial services or embedded finance products.

**Responsibilities**:

- The PO has end-to-end accountability for the strategy, development, delivery and management of a product or line of products.
- He/She is responsible for managing revenues and costs associated with products, and delivers on product objectives and key results.
- Commercially, the PO drives business outcomes by driving revenues and managing costs. Operationally, the PO leads the prioritization of product features for development and rollout into the market, and seeks alignment with customer facing stakeholders to ensure customer experience is correctly delivered in the product.

- and post-implementation tasks such as user training for different touch-points, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution are correctly executed in the delivery of products

**Experience and skills required**:

- At least 7-10 years of working experience in a product management role, with exposure or direct experience in product development, project management, marketing and operations.
- Strong customer focus, and detail oriented, with deep appreciation of customer journey and customer experience with Design Thinking principles
- Experience with Agile development or scrum in project management
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration
- Proactive, self-starter, driven with high degree of personal accountability
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and lead multiple product development processes
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong ability to understand and articulate both technical and business requirements
- Self-driven and can work within diverse and cross-functional teams
