**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to maintain the product roadmap through collaboration with business stakeholders and continuous backlog prioritization
- Work with Mission Owners, Journey Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Technical Solution Architects to translate the product roadmap into well-defined features and approved user stories that balance user needs, business constraints, legal/regulatory requirements and technology readiness (DOR)
- Work with internal and external design and development teams to deliver development-ready UX/UI and build, including user/usability testing where appropriate
- Socialize product changes, both with customers and throughout the rest of the organization
- Co-own the delivery of the Product roadmap through regular production releases by internal and external development and testing teams
- Co-own and run daily stand ups and other sprint ceremonies to ensure every party impacting the product is on the same page
- Demo product iterations to the rest of the company, including to both technical and non-technical teams
- Collect and implement product feedback from customers, technical team members, commercial team members, and other stakeholders
- Analyse usage and user feedback, produce regular reports and recommendations to address issues and improve outcomes
- Define test and acceptance criteria to help uncover areas for improvement within the product
- Support ongoing efforts to test and optimize the Product overall experience
- Know native and hybrid app/ progressive web app technology and their pros and cons from a perspective of customer experience, time-to-market, technology and ability to scale
- Monitor the industry and competitive landscape to inform web strategy
- Identify, analyse and solve production issues using data, prioritizing and sound judgement

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst (BA), tech writer or Product Owner (PO) proxy role preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software development Methodology
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Highly skilled in facilitation, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage limited resources to meet delivery dates
- Ability to adapt with changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude
- Experience working with designers to deliver UX/UI
- Experience working with developers to deliver the product roadmap
