Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
The Product Lead (Content) supports the Product Owner in the development and management of content services in M1. This position sits within the Consumer Marketing group. The primary responsibility of the Product Lead is to deliver products with the right features on time and budget, with a customer centric focus, ensuring the best customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Product Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of projects in the area of Content/OTT
- Works closely with stakeholders from technology, UX/UI, operations, and content partners to define product proposition and iterate the details of the requirements into user stories or business requirement document (BRD)
- Collaborate with customer service, legal, finance, operation units and technology partners in ensuring end-to-end system and process delivery
- Works closely with data scientists to analyze data and create actionable marketing plans
- Keeps track of project schedule and be able to report to Management and manage changes and impact to project deliverables
- Support pre and post-implementation tasks such as user training for different touch-points, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution
- Ensure customer issues are resolved within the SLA and prompt follow-up to ensure closure of issues

**Experience and skills required**:

- Minimum 3-5 year of experience managing projects and/or product development in technology-driven environment; a good degree or diploma in a technical domain
- Detail oriented and organized; good time management
- Familiarity with Agile development process is an advantage, although on-the-job training will be provided
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration
- Proactive, self-starter, driven with high degree of personal accountability and also a dependable team player
- Good balance of customer-centric and data-driven mindset
